It's like renting a seasoned operator part-time. I don't advise from the outside. I join your team, build the strategy and systems, and do the day-to-day work with you. Then I write it all down and train your people, so nothing breaks when I step back. All for a fraction of a full-time executive.

Every engagement starts with a one-month Plan sprint for a flat $3,000, with no further commitment. You keep the roadmap whether or not you continue. If we move into Build, the fractional operating work is scoped afterward and always costs less than half of a comparable full-time hire. The final hand-off is billed as a tapering retainer or a fixed project fee.

Three phases: Plan, Build, and Hand-off. In Plan, I spend a month digging into your goals, team, and numbers and hand you a prioritized roadmap. In Build, I embed as your fractional operator and do the actual work. In Hand-off, I document the systems, train your team, and step back so the business doesn't depend on me.

Yes. Energy and climate tech are core industries for Longspur. My own background is on the business side of clean energy: commercial solar finance at Wunder Capital and co-founding the renewable-energy developer Cloudbreak Energy Partners. For energy and climate companies I run the commercial and operating side, capital strategy, project development, partnerships, and day-to-day operations, so technical founders can stay focused on the technology.

Operations: systems and processes, day-to-day management, AI integration, finance and admin, hiring and team, and tools and tech stack.
